Gift vouchers are delivered by email to the email address of your choice. Choose the amount, add a message, and you’re done.
1. Availability
All vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the start date shown on the voucher. Unless stated otherwise, this start date is the date of purchase.
3. Using Your Voucher
Once a voucher is redeemed for the first time, any remaining balance must be used during the same visit. Any unused balance will be forfeited; partial refunds or credits are not available.
4. Promotional Vouchers
Vouchers purchased at a discounted or promotional rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer across the site.
5. Refunds & Transfers
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
6. Changes to Terms
Halwyn reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
7. Presenting Your Voucher
Your voucher must be presented at Halwyn at the time of booking and when
redeeming it. The voucher must be valid on the day of booking.
8. Non-Presentation
Failure to present a valid voucher during the Redemption Period will render it void,
with no entitlement to a refund, reissue, or extension regardless of the reason.
9. Excluded Locations
Trackman vouchers can not be used in the restaurant and restaurant vouchers cannot
be used for any golf-related purchases.
